Particularly with Cindy who has helped me navigate a particularly difficult situation recently where I've had to get a roof replacement and cut down several trees on my property. "Very little effort before telling me that they can't help me....the next phone call I made got my car insurance for 2 vehicle s and at the rate I needed. Very confused."
"Erick, I hope to help with your confusion and feel free to ring me. Unfortunately, our office does not control whether someone is eligible or not. If it was up to me I would write everyone who applies. We can only run the information we were given. There are many reasons someone will come up ineligible, but that is controlled by the factors of how we are filed with the state. Many companies are not accepting new business at all, but we continue however at a much more selective process I am not privy to. You are always welcome to put a complaint in with the Department of Insurance if you feel you were unfairly treated, but your 1-star review does not belong on my offices google profile and I would appreciate it if you would remove it. "I have repeatedly sent my coverage selection to their agents, and yet I continue to receive notices that I didn’t submit it. Because of this I keep getting charged more fees, and my insurance rate has gone up every single month since I started with them. Every time I’ve called they’ve ran me in circles and I have received ZERO calls back since my last call. I started at 250 a month, and with no word or notice my rate has increased to 568 a month (not counting the “policy change” fee they keep adding). I’m considering cancelling my coverage and switching due to the horrendous customer service alone, but the price increase has sealed it"
"Jade, I am sorry your rate changed and I understand that the accident on your driving report was confirmed by you it was not at fault. Unfortunately, the other carrier had it rated as being an at fault accident and we are required to charge for it and that will change your rate substantially. As far as the coverage selection form that is a product of crossing in the mail/email. If it is not processed internally the system will continue to look for it, but the real rate change is the accident that we were required to charge for.
